Important Information for dancers in
Beauty & the Beast and The Cotton Club

Heartbeat’s evening cabaret, “The Cotton Club” is Saturday, June 7th, at 7:00pm (dancers must be there by 6:00pm).

Heartbeat’s children’s’ matinee is Sunday, June 8th at 1:00pm (dancers must be there by 12:00 noon).

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

Note: Dancers may leave after their last dance has been rehearsed.

BEAUTY & THE BEAST REHEARSALS:

1. Group rehearsal for students in Munchkin, Child and Youth classes only at Heartbeat: Sat., May 31st: Munchkin = 10:00am, Child = 9:45am, Youth = 10:45am

2. Dress rehearsal for all dancers and actors in Beauty & the Beast at Heartbeat Studios: Monday, June 2nd, 5:00-8:00pm

3. Dress rehearsal for all dancers and actors in Beauty & the Beast at Eastview High School: Wednesday, June 4th, 5:30-9:30pm. (Arrive 15 minutes early!)

THE COTTON CLUB REHEARSALS

1. Dress rehearsal for all dancers in The Cotton Club at Heartbeat Studios:
Friday, May 30th, 5:00-8:00pm.

2. Dress rehearsal for all dancers in The Cotton Club at Eastview High School: Tuesday, June 3rd, 5:30-9:30pm.
