CARLOS GARCIA

Carlos is the premiere break-dancer in the Midwest; electrifying audiences since 1999.  He burst into the scene by winning several major break-dance competitions including “Evolution” (Florida), “City vs. City” (Illinois), ‘Master the Art” (Michigan), “One-on-One B-Boy Battle” (California), and “Unity Battle” and “Twin Cities’ Celebration of Hip Hop” (Minnesota).

Carlos teaches ongoing workshops in Wisconsin, Michigan and Minnesota. In 2005 he organized his own break-dance convention featuring b-boys from around the US and ten from Europe including a member of the "Groove Nutz Crew."

Carlos' performing credits include: Minnesota State Fair 2004, 2005, 2006, Solera Club New Year's Eve party 2002, numerous events at the Minneapolis Convention Center, the Xcel Center Extreme Sports Convention, and ongoing performances in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

Carlos directs his own performance group, "The Power Rangers Crew", which has been booked steadily since its founding in 2003.
