SERENA TRITSCHLER

Serena teaches Ballet and Jazz at Heartbeat Studios. She is currently studying at Hamline University and is member of their company, Dance Ensemble. She has received her dance training in both North Carolina and Minnesota. She was trained in classical ballet at Triangle Academy of Dance in North Carolina, and later was accepted into their Carolina Youth Ballet Company, performing in several productions including The Nutcracker, and Don Quixote. When she moved to Minnesota, she enrolled in Heartbeat Studios and was a member of their performing companies and Academy program. She graduated Heartbeat Academy program in 2009, where she majored in Ballet, Modern, and Acting. In the summer of 2007, she performed Heartbeat's, Tapestry of Dance, concert on tour in London, England at Leeds Castle and Sadlers Wells. The next summer, she performed, Fire, in Barcelona, Spain at the Barcelona International Tap Festival. She also had the opportunity to take classes in London and in Spain. She has performed in several New Years Eve and Halloween performances with Vox Medusa Dance Company and most recently in, Kathy Jensen is Pretty, at the Minnesota Fringe Festival.
